 Charles F. Oduro Managing Director
Charles is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and a Fellow of the
Chartered Insurance Institute, UK (FCII). He holds an Executive Master
of Business Administration (EMBA) Finance option and a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration (B.Sc. Admin) Insurance
option from the University of Ghana Business School (formerly known
as the School of Administration, University
of Ghana). He further holds a post-graduate diploma in Marketing of Services
from the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands. He joined the
company in 1994, after having taught at
Suhum Secondary Technical School. He has attended various
insurance related seminars, both locally and internationally.
He is also a part time Lecturer at Ghana Insurance College.
 Kofi Agyapong Asare, Assistant General Manager
Kofi is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner (ACII) and also holds a Diploma in Insurance and Risk Management from the West African Insurance Institute (WAII). Prior to joining the company in August 2001, he worked with State Insurance Co Ltd (SIC) from 1973 to 2000. He has attended several seminars locally and internationally, and has lectured on Basic Insurance at SIC Training Centre.
