KEK Reinsurance is a subsidiary of the KEK Insurance Group and was licensed to start operations in late 2006.

The management of the company is made up of Prof. G. K. A Ofosu Amaah, James Appietu-Ankrah, John Boustead and Shaibu Ali. Together KEK Reinsurance Brokers Ltd. has over 10 years experience in insurance, and reinsurance both within and outside Africa.
