 John Philip Boustead, Executive Director
John Philip Boustead - has worked in Africa for the past 35 years in various capacities. His association with Africa began with Matthews Wrightson Group’s reinsurance subsidiaries where he was a director of Bray Gibb Wrightson, Stewart Wrightson, and Golding Stewart Wrightson. He later joined Harris and Dixon as business development director. Later he became an associate director of Sterling Hamilton Wright, Coverwell Insurance Services; and a consultant of Chesterfield Re and Rickard Lazenby International Ltd. Currently, he is based in London where in addition to his head office responsibilities he overseas KEK Re’s placements into the London, European, and African Markets.

He is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner (ACII), holds B.A. and MA Degrees from the University of Ghana, Legon, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands. He joined the company in May 2000. He has attended various seminars, conferences and attachments both locally and internationally. He is studying towards his FCII.
